International Air Freight Rates + Last Mile Delivery Charges and Regulations for West/East Malaysia
West Malaysia: The first 1 kg is RM 12; each additional kg is RM 8, with no additional fuel surcharge required.
East Malaysia: The first 1 kg is RM 19; each additional kg is RM 15, with no additional fuel surcharge required.
Delivery Time: 3-9 days to reach the customer's terminal (varies depending on the delivery address).
Cross-border parcels valued below RM500 are tax-exempt. Customers must declare the value truthfully. If the customer provides false information, the customer is responsible for additional taxes, fines, or fees if they are incurred due to customs inspection and determination of under declaration. Wehome reserves the right to charge the customer for these fees.
Additional charges for overweight or oversized items: If the actual weight or dimensional weight of each parcel exceeds 30 kg, or if any dimension exceeds 150 cm, an additional RM 50 will be charged per parcel.
Calculation of dimensional weight: The larger of the actual weight and dimensional weight of the parcel is used for calculation. Dimensonal weight calculation: Length x Width x Height cm / 5000 = KG
Maximum weight and length restrictions:
The actual weight or dimensional weight must not exceed 60 kg.
The longest side must not exceed 200 cm.
The sum of length + width + height must not exceed 300 cm.
Air freight does not accept the following items:
Any branded products are not accepted. Products with designs, logos containing international cartoon characters, sports clubs, associations, etc., are not accepted. Whether it is a brand can be checked on the Intellectual Property Customs Registration website or by consulting our customer service, and should be sent by sea freight.
It is strictly prohibited to mail items that violate Chinese laws or the International Air Transport Association (IATA) restrictions. For example: counterfeit products, pure electricity, tobacco, alcohol, knives, electronic cigarettes, lighters, liquids, powders, pastes, food, medical devices, drugs, firearms, plants, animals, and plant seeds, etc. If violated, any resulting losses, fines, customs clearance fees, and legal responsibilities are borne by the customer.
Refunds for disputes caused by logistics reasons have a maximum compensation limit of RM 200 per consignment.
