# International Sea Freight Rates + Last Mile Delivery Charges and Regulations for West/East Malaysia

The prices for general cargo are as follows:

* West Malaysia door-to-door: **RM 315** per cubic meter (minimum **0.5** cubic meters, if less than **0.5** cubic meters, an additional **RM 5** per kilogram will be charged, or directly calculated as **0.5** cubic meters)
* East Malaysia: Prices will be provided upon providing the East Malaysia delivery address, product name, number of boxes, weight, and cubic meters. Please contact customer service.

**\*\*\*** Sensitive goods: An additional **RM 30** per cubic meter

Sensitive goods include tires, e<mark style="color:red;">lectronic products (including electrical)</mark>, lighting (including electrical), toys (including electrical), walkie-talkies, refrigerators, freezers, televisions, major appliances, mahjong, mahjong machines, fishing gear, machinery (packaged in wooden crates), unbranded watches, face masks, cosmetics, skincare products, body wash, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, unbranded perfumes, <mark style="color:red;">food and beverages, paint, etc.</mark>

**\*\*\*** Note: The above quotation is for delivery to the hands of customers in West Malaysia, excluding remote areas. Additional delivery charges to remote areas will be confirmed separately with customer service. 1. Timeframe: **9 - 15 days** to reach the customer's delivery address(actual time depends on delivery address)&#x20;
2. Prices include taxes, customs clearance <mark style="color:red;">fees,</mark> and the issuance of official invoices.
3. The weight per cubic meter must not exceed **500 kgs**.
4. Shipping does not accept the following items:
   1. No branded products are accepted. Any products with designs, logos containing international cartoon characters, team clubs, associations, etc., that infringe upon trademarks are strictly <mark style="color:red;">not accepted.</mark> Whether it is a brand can be checked on the Intellectual Property Customs Record website or by consulting our customer service.
   2. It is strictly prohibited to transport items that violate Chinese laws, such as lithium batteries (pure electric), flammable and explosive materials, counterfeit products, tobacco and alcohol, electronic cigarettes, lighters, medical equipment, drugs, firearms, plants, <mark style="color:red;">animals,</mark> and plant seeds, etc. In case of violation, the customer will <mark style="color:red;">bear</mark> the resulting losses, fines, customs <mark style="color:red;">clearance fees,</mark> and legal liabilities.
