Payment Terms

1. We are a service platform of 1688.com in Malaysia, providing only logistics and other value-added services. The actual supplier is the seller on 1688.com. Wehome does not make a profit from the price difference, so we are not responsible for the quality of the goods.

2. Payment methods: there are 2 payments methods, the first method is to pay the full amount in advance and 2nd method is that Wehome advances 50% of the payment. After the goods arrive in Malaysia, the customer must pay the balance, international shipping and last mile delivery fees before delivery.

3. If the customer does not pay the payment within 5 days after placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Wehome provides 7 days of free storage after the goods arrive in Malaysia. If the customer still does not pay the balance after 7 days, Wehome has the right to charge additional storage fees.

6. Total Cost of An Order:

Commodity Cost + Shipping Cost Or

Commodity Cost + Shipping Cost + Optional Cost.
