China-Malaysia International Transport refers to the process of shipping goods from China to Malaysia according to customer requirements, through delivery and customs clearance, and completing the transportation within the scheduled time.

Sensitive goods shipped by sea will be charged an additional RM 30 per cubic meter. Please refer to the definition of sensitive goods as below.
Normal Shipping Time
Standard shipping to Malaysia: 4-15 days.
Electronic products/restricted items shipping to Kuala Lumpur (under normal circumstances): 8-15 days.
Other shipping methods such as sea freight may take longer due to their specific nature.
Delay Situations
The above time frames are under normal circumstances. In the event of delays caused by objective reasons leading to customs clearance or shipping delays, Wehome will notify customers on behalf of the suppliers.
Order Cancellation
If the goods are not received within 45 days from the date of shipment, under normal customs clearance conditions, customers have the right to request order cancellation. Wehome will consider your request based on the actual situation.
Note: This clause does not apply to delays in customs clearance caused by natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics, political situations, inspections by authorities, etc.
Sea Freight: In the event of loss or missing goods due to subjective reasons during transportation, the customer will receive full compensation for the damaged goods (up to 100% of the amount paid by the customer for the goods).
Air Freight: For disputes caused by logistics reasons, the maximum refund per shipment is RM 200.
Including: tires, electronic products (with electricity), lighting (with electricity), toys (with electricity), walkie-talkies, refrigerators, freezers, TVs, large appliances, mahjong, mahjong machines, fishing gear, machinery (with wooden box packaging), unbranded watches, face masks, cosmetics, skincare products, body wash, shampoo, detergent, unbranded perfumes, food and beverages, paint, etc.
Any branded products. Any products with designs, logos featuring international cartoon characters, sports club logos, associations, etc. will not be accepted due to infringement. Whether an item is considered branded can be checked on the Intellectual Property Customs Record website, or you can consult our customer service.
Strictly prohibited items:
Items violating Chinese law such as pure lithium batteries, air conditioning refrigerant, flammable and explosive items, counterfeit goods, tobacco and alcohol, e-cigarettes, lighters, medical devices, drugs, firearms, plants, animals, and plant seeds are strictly prohibited. Any violations resulting in losses, fines, customs clearance fees, and legal liabilities will be borne by the customer.
When comparing the actual weight and the dimensional weight of a package, the greater of the two will be used for billing purposes.
Dimensional weight is calculated as follows: (Length x Width x Height in cm) / 5000 = Weight in KG
The actual weight or volumetric weight must not exceed 60 kg.
The longest side must not exceed 200 cm.
The sum of the length, width, and height must not exceed 300 cm.
