If you access or use Wehome, you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and/or complying with all legal requirements, permits, authorizations, and/or licenses needed to post your activities on Wehome, including any professional licenses or certification requirements.
You will not:
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity to any person or entity.
Discriminate against other Wehome platform users based on race, gender, gender expression, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or any other legally protected group.
Promote or engage in any activities commonly understood as online abuse, including violating any Privacy Policy.
Post content that, in the sole judgment of Wehome, is objectionable or restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Wehome platform, or which may expose Wehome platform, or Wehome platform users to any harm or liability of any type.
Our website/app uses or plans to use cookies, web beacons, and sessions as tracking technology.
We use social media providers such as Google login and Apple login for user authentication.
This service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information or information that cannot identify individuals from children under 13, and no part of our platform or services is directed at children under 13. As a parent or legal guardian, do not allow such children in your care to submit personal information to Wehome. If personal information of a child under 18 in your care is disclosed to Wehome, you agree to the processing of that child's personal information and accept and agree to be bound by this policy on behalf of that child. We accept online payments and charge clients for one-time payments and recurring payments.
If you agree to pay Order fees in exchange for procure and shipping services, you may use payment services integrated into Wehome1688 to pay the Payments, subject to the below terms and conditions.
Payment services provided by third-party payment service providers (“Third-Party PSPs”) are integrated into Wehome x 1688 such that Wehome x 1688 enables you to access and use such payment services, including payment collection, processing, and settlement services (such integrated payment services “Payment Services”). Your access and use of the Payment Services may be subject to terms, conditions, and policies between you and the applicable Third-Party PSPs (the “PSP Terms”). You acknowledge and agree that the Payment Services or a portion thereof may be delayed, suspended, or terminated (including your ability to send, receive, or access funds) as required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, if you are in violation of these Brand Terms, the PSP Terms, or any other applicable Wehome terms or policies, if your use of the Payment Services is associated with fraudulent or other illegal activity, or as otherwise consistent with PSP Terms. If a Third-Party PSP refuses to or otherwise fails to provide Payments Services to you, for any reason, you may become ineligible to use the Payment Services or unable to send, receive, or access funds. Wehome shall have no liability or responsibility to you in connection with any of the foregoing described actions or any other conduct of a Third-Party PSP. Wehome makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, about the continued availability or performance of the Payment Services.
Wehome provides technology and communication services to enable Third-Party PSPs to provide Payment Services for Wehome x 1688. Those technology and communication services include:
Connecting you to Third-Party PSPs’ platforms to submit information related to any services performed by Customer Support for you or on your behalf in connection with Wehome x 1688 to Third-Party PSPs.
Providing Third-Party PSPs with information about you and your business and payments associated with your participation in Wehome1688:
Amount of the Fee: Fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Billing Schedule: Users will be billed at the time of purchase or as specified in the payment plan.
Name on Cardholder Statement: Cardholder’s name will appear on the cardholder’s statement.
Providing Third-Party PSPs with payment and refund instructions on your behalf
Providing you with an interface to view transactional and/or account data associated with Payment Services provided by Third-Party PSPs
Any other activity necessary to enable Third-Party PSPs to provide Payment Services.
You are solely responsible for and agree to pay any and all amounts owed to Third-Party PSPs in connection with the Payments Services, and any amounts owed as a result of third-party fees, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, overpayments, payment errors, payment network fines, refunds, undelivered services, and other amounts, associated with your participation in Wehome x 1688 or use of Payment Services.
In order to be eligible to send Payments using the Payment Services, you must meet the below conditions, as well as any requirements imposed, or terms applicable to, the Payment Services:
You must complete all applicable onboarding requirements of Third-Party PSPs, which may include providing government identification and tax reporting documentation, before you are eligible to send Payments. You confirm and agree that all information and documentation that you provide as part of the onboarding requirements are associated with you and are accurate, authentic, and complete. You must promptly notify us of any changes to the information you have provided. Your failure to notify us of any applicable changes may result in the delay of payments.
You represent and warrant that you are not a person with whom individuals are not permitted to have dealings pursuant to economic sanctions, including sanctions administered by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control or any other applicable sanctions authority. This includes persons located in, or a citizen of, or ordinarily resident in, the following countries and regions: Cuba, Iran, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, North Korea and Syria.
You may be required to make the Payments at the time you place an order. Such Payments will be sent to supplier, refunded, or otherwise used, in accordance with these terms and any applicable terms between you and Third-Party PSPs, and you and the Supplier.
Wehome reserves the right to set a minimum or maximum amount for each Payment that may be sent using the Payment Services.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the service or make the platform available to any third party.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the service.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by you to us shall remain our sole property, and we may use them without any compensation to you.
By using our service, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to our Terms and Conditions.
Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, Terms and Conditions, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
We may stop providing the Service or any features within the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. If we change our Terms and Conditions, we will post the changes on this page.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service and delete all copies.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand due to your use of the service, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any rights of a third party.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to exercise any right or enforce any obligation under this Agreement shall not affect our ability to exercise such right or enforce such obligation in the future.
We may modify or replace this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use our service after any revisions, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the service.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Service and policies. We will notify you before changes take effect. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
Our platform and its contents are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for disputes relating to the enforcement or validity of intellectual property rights.
If you have a dispute, you must notify us with details. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation within 60 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration.
Any dispute not resolved through informal negotiation will be settled by binding arbitration. Legal, accounting, and other costs will be borne by the non-prevailing party.
Promotions may have separate rules and eligibility requirements. By entering any promotion, you agree to abide by the rules.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to typographical errors. If your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your payment account.

The selection of sellers and products is the responsibility of the customer, and our company is not a party to the sales contract. Therefore, we are not liable for any issues arising from product defects, failures, insufficient quantities, non-delivery, fraud, transportation accidents, or other related problems. Furthermore, our company does not guarantee that the sellers are real, have the right and capacity to act, or possess business licenses. We reserve the right to change the content at any time. Regarding products and shipping, the following statements apply:
If the product is counterfeit, replica, or fake.
If the product is damaged during transportation, it will be subject to the terms and protection of the transportation company.
If there is an error in the information provided by the member, including shipping or personal information.
If the product cannot be delivered due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, etc.
If the product cannot be delivered due to war, coups, riots, labor disputes, etc.
If the product is returned, confiscated, or burned by Chinese or Malaysian customs.
If the delivered product is different from what you expected, or if the product is no longer needed for personal reasons.
Due to unique transportation and customs issues in China, there may be delivery delays, and we are not responsible for any losses caused by such delays.
If the product you receive is defective, we will negotiate a return or exchange, with the outcome depending on the actual situation.
Problems caused by late replies and notifications.
We are not responsible for losses caused by missed sales opportunities, price or exchange rate fluctuations.
We are not responsible for any problems caused by factors beyond our control or unforeseen causes, or any damage caused by such problems, including system interruptions, shutdowns, data loss, or unauthorized access.
We do not guarantee that users will not encounter harmful programs such as computer viruses when using our website.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by the interruption, delay, or inability to continue transactions or fund transfers due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unavoidable reasons.
Our company is not liable for any damage, loss, or expenses (including but not limited to accidents, criminal acts, contract cancellations, etc.) incurred by members due to the use of this service, or for any damage, loss, or expenses arising from the suspension, interruption, unavailability, or alteration of service provision according to these terms, or from the deletion of member information or cancellation of membership registration. Wehome is an agent for product purchase and transportation, and the cooling-off period and product liability law do not apply.
